Guys Memorial Day is a couple weeks a way. WE WILL figure out a way to do murph!
So today I know it’s cold but if you can run do it if not work on everything else

Murph practice (Time)
3/4 mile run
9 rounds
5 pull ups (do some sort of row or bicep dominant action)
10 push ups
15 air squats
3/4 mile rin
7 rounds
5 pull up or variation
10 push ups
15 air squta
3/4 mile rin
5 rounds
5 pull ups or variation
10 push up
15 air squt

If can’t run
Perform 150 jumping jacks and 100 step ups in place of 3/4 mile
