30 minute Amrap

100 wall balls 20/14
100 mb cleans
100 partner med ball sit-ups passing ball over a box 24 inches all
100 box jump over (partner holds mb overhead)
100 med ball oh reverse lunges
100 pull ups- partner two hangs from bar
