Drive Thru (Time)

Teams of 4

Mixed gender if possible

Part 1.

2 poeple working at the same time to accumulate

3000m row and 500 Double unders (1000 singles scaled)

Part 2.

2 people working at the same time to complete

6 synchronized rounds of “DT” 115/75 (95/65, 75/45)

12 deadlifts- Meet at top

9 Hang power cleans – meet at front rack

6 shoulder to OH – meet overhead

**cannot switch in the middle of a movement but can switch in the middle of a round

Part 3.

All partner working at same time

2 people will be working to complete 350 wall balls (2 balls working at once) 20/14

The other two will be working to complete 150 synchronized burpee broad jumps (touching chest to ground at same time)

May switch whenever

**40 minute cap
